Office Information
OSENTA is located in suite 304 of the Harbor Dunes Health Center. The Harbor Dunes Health Center is located at the North Ottawa Community Hospital campus, just south of the intersection of Taylor and Sheldon roads, in Grand Haven, Michigan. It is attached to the hospital and is fully wheelchair-accessible. Patient assistance is also available during regular business hours.
Office visits are by appointment and can be arranged through your primary care physician, or directly by contacting our office. Office hours are 8:30 - 4:30 Monday through Friday. Surgery is performed in the North Ottawa Community Hospital on Fridays, and some minor procedures are performed in the office on Wednesday mornings.
