Our excellent staff is carefully chosen and trained to provide caring, efficient and effective service to you in all aspects of your interaction with OSENTA. They will make your visit comfortable and professional, assist you in scheduling your appointment or surgery, and answer any questions concerning billing or insurance. Please recognize that patients are responsible for knowing the details of their own insurance policy (co-pays or co-insurance, covered services, the need for referrals, etc.), although our staff will do their best to assist you with such questions.
